The Department of Higher Education Government of Jammu & Kashmir announces the commencement of admissions for the Academic Session 2025-26 for various Four Year Undergraduate Programs (FYUGP) / 5-Year Integrated P.G. Programs (IG) with multiple-exit options across all Degree colleges of J&K and for FYUGP/IG programmes offered at main/off-site campuses of University of Jammu, for the Academic Session 2025-2026.
Admissions are being offered in more than 50 Major subjects across Colleges. Major subject offerings vary from college to college and will be visible to the aspirants on the Admission Portal at the time of Preference Filling.
Admission Timeline:
All aspirants, whether they have appeared for CUET or not, need to register on the centralised admission website https://jkadmission.samarth.ac.in/


Documents Required for Registration:
Clear and legible Scanned Copies (PDF/JPG Format Not Exceeding 1 MB each) of the following documents are required at the time of registration:
● Class 12th Marks card. ● Recent passport size photograph(s). ● Class 10th Marks Card.
● Aadhar Number. ● NTA - CUET Registration ● Domicile Certificate (if Available). Number (If appeared in CUET).
● Category Certificate (If any). (Category certificates that are under process/ incomplete/ pending with competent authority shall not be accepted.)
Registration Fee : ● There will be no fee for registration on the JK Admission Portal.
Counselling & Facilitation Centers: Aspirants are advised to visit the Counselling and Facilitation centers established at all Degree Colleges of J&K for form submission and preference filling to avoid mistakes.
